Wayne Allen Koons, "Daddy Wayne," was a gay male bartender in Tampa, Florida. He worked at the well known bar, La Goya, located at 1403 E. Seventh Ave in Ybor City. La Goya was popular for its gay night life and drag queen shows. In the 1970's- 1980's the location was named Tracks.
