The Scrapbook provides some interesting obituary information while the miscellaneous material contains various bills and receipts. Correspondence lacks a chronological consistency for the years 1852, 1897, 1910-1912, and 1923. Miscellaneous materials fall within the years 1878-1879, 1895, 1905 and 1923.

The collection comprises a small body of material, mostly letters and cards of sympathy to Julia Grillon and her sister on the death of their mother, Ameila, in 1923.  The Grillion Family were early residents of Tampa.
